Article 5 party member cadres and public officials should maintain a fine style of diligence and thrift when handling weddings, funerals and celebrations, and consciously resist unhealthy practices such as extravagance and waste. It is strictly forbidden to interfere with and hinder the normal production, life, work and traffic order, infringe on the interests of the state, the collective and the masses, and take the opportunity to collect money.
Article 6 When party member cadres and public officials handle weddings, funerals and celebrations, it is strictly forbidden for them and their family members to invite or instruct others to invite their management and service objects, subordinate departments and individuals within their jurisdiction, and other units and individuals related to the exercise of their functions and powers. It is strictly forbidden to accept gifts and gifts in violation of regulations, and it is strictly forbidden to use public funds, public property and buses in violation of regulations.

If there are gifts and cash gifts that can't be refused at that time, they should be handed over to the school discipline inspection commission in accordance with the cadre management authority and explain the situation.

If it is found that cadres and public officials in party member illegally handle weddings, funerals, celebrations and other matters, causing adverse effects, infringing on the interests of the state, the collective and the masses, expanding the scale in disguise, taking the opportunity to collect money, and failing to pay the gift money, the school discipline inspection commission will deal with it severely according to the rules and regulations.
Article 17 If cadres and public officials in party member fail to truthfully report matters concerning weddings, funerals and celebrations or fail to do so according to regulations, the school discipline inspection commission may order them to make a written inspection and supplementary report through criticism and education, admonishing conversation, etc. Those who violate the law and discipline shall be given disciplinary sanctions after investigation and verification.
