This situation should have nothing to do with software, and my experience should be a systematic problem. I have installed X3 many times, but it doesn't work properly after installation. For some reason, hanging online for 50 minutes didn't solve the problem, so I simply gave up. Not long ago, after reinstalling the system, I remembered to install it. Until now, everything is normal. If you really need this software, the best way is to reinstall the system for reference.
