Legal basis: Article 34 of the Regulations on Railway Passenger Transport stipulates that when a passenger can't take the train according to the date and train number specified on the ticket face, he should go through the visa formalities for taking the train in advance or later before the date and train number specified on the ticket face leave. Under special circumstances, with the consent of the stationmaster, the formalities can be completed within 2 hours after driving. Passengers with EMU train tickets are not restricted to change to other EMU trains within 2 hours after driving. Group passengers shall not be later than 48 hours before driving.
