2. Use a ruler to measure the length of the batten fan, select one third of the batten length as the radius, and cut out a semicircle on the white paper for later use.
3. Put the battens on the treated white paper and mark the battens with a pencil. Take off the wooden strips, spread glue evenly, then slowly place them according to the marks just made, gently press them and stick them one by one. When the glue dries, cut the white paper one centimeter along the wood strip with scissors. Be sure to leave a centimeter margin here for later pasting.
4. Cut out a semicircle on the colored paper, paste the glued battens, and trim the edges.
5. Stick the paper on the edge to the inside of the folding fan, and after it is completely attached, the folding fan can be folded up and folded into creases. Finally, hang the prepared tassels on the wire.
