Method 1: Help two balloons of the same color together and connect them with something in the middle. If you want to be hard, use PVC pipes and balloons as long as you want! If it is soft, use nylon grass. The method is the same. Remember to count the two colors as a group, one color and one color, and tie them in turn.

Method 2: Blow up all balloons, the same size. Then tie two pairs of balloons of the same color. Then twine the paired balloons together in a cross (you can choose two groups of balloons with different colors).
