Located in the west of the north end of Yizhi Road, Huayang Town, Jixi County, it covers an area of 193 square meters. Wenchang Pavilion is a place dedicated to Emperor Wenchang. Wenchang Pavilion is a building in Ganjia period of Qing Dynasty, which consists of front hall, courtyard, two corridors and back hall. There is a brick gatehouse in the south, and the word "Wenchang Pavilion" is on the flower board. The entrance hall is five rooms wide, one in depth, three in each of the two corridors, and one in depth, with a single slope roof. The back hall is three rooms wide and three rooms deep. Four stone carvings are embedded in the west wall of the west corridor and the north eaves wall of the back hall. Wenchang Pavilion and its inscriptions have played a certain role in the study of Jixi history. 1997, announced as a county-level cultural relics protection unit.
