Section 1 Enrollment and Student Registration
Article 1 All freshmen who are officially admitted to our school according to the national enrollment regulations shall go through the admission formalities at the school on the specified date with the admission notice and relevant documents. Those who can't come to school on schedule for some reason should explain the reasons in writing to the school admissions office in advance, and attach the corresponding supporting materials. The leave is valid only after it is approved, and the holiday shall not exceed two weeks. Those who fail to ask for leave or ask for leave overdue shall be deemed to have waived their admission qualification except for justified reasons such as force majeure.
Article 2 When new students report for admission, the school conducts a preliminary examination of their admission qualifications. Those who pass the examination shall go through the admission procedures and be registered as students. After examination, it is found that the admission notice, candidate information and other supporting materials of freshmen are inconsistent with my actual situation, or there are other situations that violate the provisions of the national entrance examination, and the admission qualification is cancelled.
Third freshmen who cannot report to school on time due to reasons such as enlistment, entrepreneurship and social practice. You must apply to the school to retain your admission qualification during the registration period, and you will not have a student status during the retention period. The period for applying for retention of admission qualification for enlistment is two years after retirement, and the period for applying for retention of admission qualification for other reasons is two years.
Freshmen should apply for admission to the school before the expiration of the retention qualification, and go through the admission procedures after passing the examination by the school. Those who fail the examination will be disqualified; Those who fail to go through the admission formalities within the time limit and have no legitimate reasons such as force majeure shall be deemed to have given up their admission qualification.
Article 4 After students enter the school, the school admissions office shall examine the students' admission qualifications in accordance with the national enrollment regulations within 3 months. The contents of the review mainly include the following aspects:
(1) Whether the admission procedures and procedures conform to the national enrollment regulations;
(2) Whether the access qualifications obtained are true and conform to relevant regulations;
(3) Whether I and my identity certificate are consistent with the admission notice and the candidates' files;
(four) whether the physical and mental health status meets the requirements of the professional or professional physical examination, and whether it can ensure the normal study and life at school;
(five) whether the professional level of special types of enrollment such as art and sports meets the admission requirements.
Students who fail the re-examination will be cancelled by the school; Anyone who practices fraud or engages in malpractices for personal gain will be disqualified once found. If the circumstances are serious, the school will hand it over to relevant departments for investigation and handling.
Article 5 The school hospital is responsible for the physical reexamination of freshmen. It is proved by diagnosis that those who suffer from the disease but can be cured within one year must first apply for it by the students themselves. With the approval of their college and academic affairs office, the school can retain its admission qualification for one year, during which it must go through the formalities of leaving school within two weeks without enjoying the treatment of students. Before the start of the next school year, students need to apply for admission to the academic affairs office of their college and school, and submit the medical examination and diagnosis certificate to the hospital at or above the county level, and go to the school hospital for re-examination. Those who pass the re-examination can go through the admission formalities again, and those who fail the re-examination or fail to go through the admission formalities within the time limit will be disqualified.
Article 6 All students with formal school status should go through the registration formalities with their student ID cards at the beginning of each semester, and at the same time register electronically in the school's educational administration system. Those who fail to pay tuition fees according to the regulations of the school or do not meet the registration conditions will not be enrolled. Those who cannot register on schedule for some reason must ask for leave or suspend registration. Those who fail to take leave or leave without leave, and fail to report for more than two weeks (including two weeks), are deemed to have given up their school status and will be treated as automatic withdrawal. Students from poor families can apply for student loans or other forms of financial aid, and they can register in their colleges after going through the relevant procedures.
Section 2 Performance Evaluation and Record
Article 7 Students should take the examinations of the courses and all teaching links (hereinafter referred to as courses) specified in the school training plan. Exams can be divided into two types: exams and exams. Students' test scores are evaluated according to the percentage system and entered into the comprehensive educational administration system, which is classified into students' personal files. Only those who pass the exam (60 points or above) can get credits for this course.
Eighth physical education class is a compulsory course, and the assessment results should be comprehensively evaluated according to attendance, in-class teaching and extracurricular exercise. Students with physical defects or chronic diseases shall be certified by the school hospital and endorsed by the college. Only after being approved by the Academic Affairs Office can you learn "Healthy physical education class". At the end of the semester, they will only record 60 points.
Article 9 For students who violate the rules in the examination, the score of this course is "0", and the school will give criticism and education and corresponding disciplinary action depending on the circumstances of violation.
Section 3 Deferred Examination, Public Examination, Make-up Examination and Second Examination
Tenth students who fail the course can take make-up or retake the exam, which shall be handled in accordance with the following provisions:
1. Students should take the course exams arranged by the school. If you can't take the course exam for special reasons, you must apply for an extension of the exam before the exam, and you can postpone the exam after being approved by the college and the academic affairs office and notifying the teachers. Students who are unable to take the exam normally due to force majeure and other legitimate reasons must submit a written application with corresponding supporting materials within 5 working days after the end of the exam, and the exam can be postponed only after being approved by the college and the Academic Affairs Office. Postponed courses are not allowed to take make-up exams at the beginning of the semester, but only in the next grade.
2. Students who have not applied for an extension or failed to apply for an extension, or students who do not take the exam at the specified time or are more than 30 minutes late for the exam without authorization, will be treated as absenteeism. If the score of the public examination course is "0", the qualification for make-up examination will be cancelled, and you can make-up examination with the next session.
3. Students who study for the first time and score below 35 may cancel the make-up exam qualification and apply for the make-up exam with the next grade. If the score is above 35 points (including 35 points) and you fail, you can take the make-up exam organized by the school at the beginning of next semester. You can't apply for an extension of the make-up exam for the course. Those who fail the make-up exam should take the make-up exam.
4. Students who apply for retaking courses should log in to the teaching management system for retaking registration within three weeks before the start of each semester. The re-registered courses should be the courses offered by this major this semester, and the cumulative credits of the re-registered courses should not exceed 20 credits. If you fail the retest course, you can continue to apply for a retest.
Eleventh make-up and re-examination course results are recorded according to the actual assessment results, but the word "heavy" should be marked. Credits of this course can be obtained by retaking or retaking the exam, but the credit grade point of this course is converted into 60% of the corresponding grade point.
Twelfth basic elective courses of general education can be continued in the next semester, and practical courses can be repeated or redone with the next grade. The school does not organize make-up exams.
Thirteenth students in any of the following circumstances, shall not take the examination of this course, should re-take.
1. Accumulated absenteeism and absenteeism exceed one third of class hours;
2. The homework that has not been handed in exceeds one third of the total homework of this course;
Article 14 Students' experiences and achievements related to professional learning and academic requirements, such as participating in innovation and entrepreneurship, social practice, publishing papers, obtaining patent authorization, etc., can be converted into innovation and entrepreneurship credits after being recognized by the Youth League Committee, the Student Affairs Office, the Admissions Office and the Academic Affairs Office, and included in students' academic achievements.
Fifteenth students stop studying because of dropping out of school and other reasons. The school records the courses they took and the credits they got during their study at school. Students who have dropped out of school (including students who have dropped out of other schools) who re-take the entrance examination within two years and meet the admission requirements can be exempted from the course for the credits they have obtained.
The fourth quarter to major and transfer.

Article 17 Students should complete their studies in the accepted schools. If you are sick or have special family difficulties and cannot continue your studies in our school, you can apply for transfer. However, it may not be transferred under any of the following circumstances.
1. Those who have been enrolled for less than one semester or one year before graduation;
2. The college entrance examination score is lower than the admission score of the relevant major to be transferred to the school in the corresponding year of the same student;
3. From low academic level to high academic level;
4. Recruit students through targeted employment, art, sports, high-level art troupes, high-level athletes and other special forms;
5. Persons who have not passed the national unified examination for enrollment in ordinary colleges and universities or have not used the results of the college entrance examination to enroll students (including those who walk students, those who enroll students in separate examinations, and those who have been promoted to undergraduate courses);
6. Should drop out of school;
7. Other without justifiable reasons.
Eighteenth students turn out and turn in according to the following procedures:
1. Transfer-out students should fill in the Application Form for Transfer from Taiyuan University of Technology (Transfer-out) and the Record Form for Transfer from Ordinary Colleges and Universities in Shanxi Province, and provide corresponding certification materials and college entrance examination roster. Other transfer procedures can only be handled after being audited by the Academic Affairs Office, approved by the principal in charge and publicized on the campus network without objection.
2. Transfer students should fill in the "Taiyuan University of Technology Transfer (Transfer) Application Form" and the "Shanxi Province Ordinary Colleges and Universities Transfer Record Form", and provide corresponding certification materials and college entrance examination roster. After the approval of the Academic Affairs Office, it will be transferred to the two-level conference of colleges and universities for research and approval, and other transfer procedures can be handled only after the campus network is publicized without objection and the principal signs the admission notice.

Section 5 suspension and resumption of school
Nineteenth students in school (including suspension) the longest period shall not exceed the two-year academic system stipulated by the major. Twentieth students in any of the following circumstances, should be suspended from school.
1. Those who need to stop classes for treatment and rest due to illness diagnosed by designated hospitals account for more than one third of the total class hours in one semester;
2. According to attendance, one semester is absent from class and exceeds one-third of the total class hours;

Twenty-first suspension is generally one academic year, and the longest period for students to apply for suspension is generally not more than two academic years, except for students joining the army and starting businesses.
Twenty-second issues related to students' suspension from school shall be handled in accordance with the following provisions:
1. Students who drop out of school due to illness should go home for treatment, and the medical expenses during sick leave should be handled according to the school regulations;
2. During the suspension period, the school retains its student status, but does not enjoy the treatment of students at school;
3. Students who drop out of school should go through the formalities of dropping out of school within two weeks after approval.
Twenty-third students apply to join the China People's Liberation Army (including the Chinese People's Armed Police Force), and the school will retain their student status until two years after retirement. Those who have not gone through the formalities of resumption of schooling for more than two years will no longer retain their school status.
Twenty-fourth students to resume school, according to the following provisions:
1. Students who drop out of school due to illness can only resume school when they apply for resumption of school and pass the second interview in the school hospital;
2. Upon the expiration of suspension, students should apply to the College and the Academic Affairs Office for resumption of study with relevant documents within two weeks after the expiration of suspension;
Students returning to school should generally study the same major in the next grade. If you don't have the same major in the next grade, you can arrange similar majors.
Twenty-fifth students join the army or participate in cross-school joint training and exchange study programs organized by the school. During the period of joining the army or studying in the other school, the school also retains their student status. Students should establish management relations with their actual units, schools and other organizations during the period of retaining their school status, and the school will not bear all the safety consequences during this period.
Section 6 academic warning
Twenty-sixth academic early warning is a crisis intervention mechanism for schools to help students with academic problems or difficulties complete their studies. According to the requirements of various professional training plans and relevant standards, the Student Affairs Office makes statistical analysis of students' academic achievements in each semester, gives early warning to students whose studies have reached or may reach the corresponding early warning standards, promptly informs their parents or guardians, and takes corresponding intervention measures to help students complete their studies.
Twenty-seventh academic warning procedures.
1. Identify the object of academic warning.
Students who fail courses with accumulated credits of 15 or courses with credits of 9 last semester need to be given academic warnings. The academic affairs departments of each college conduct statistical analysis of academic achievements in the fourth week of each semester, determine the academic early warning targets according to the academic early warning standards, and report them to the leaders in charge of the student affairs college for approval.
2. Issue an "academic warning notice"
After the approval of the college, the educational administration department will arrange the class teacher or counselor to issue an academic warning notice to the warning object, which will be signed by the warned students for confirmation.
3. Warning dialogue
The class teacher or counselor should talk with the warning students, understand the specific situation of the warning students, analyze the reasons for the problems or difficulties in their studies, and help them solve the problems. Ask the class teacher or counselor to fill in the "Warning Student conversation record Form" for help-seeking process.
Notify parents or guardians
The class teacher or counselor should contact the parents or guardians of the students in time after issuing the warning notice to inform the students of the actual situation, and the parents or guardians of the students should actively cooperate with the school to help the students. When notifying parents or guardians, students should get their consent. After patient persuasion, students still don't agree to inform their parents, and should report to the leaders in charge of the college for approval, and directly inform their parents or guardians. The class teacher or counselor should fill in the conversation record Form of Academic Warning for Parents, and keep the original communication materials in writing or other forms.
Interview parents
When necessary, especially for students who are facing postponement or drop out of school, the college should invite parents or guardians to come to the school to help students solve problems together. There should be a detailed written record of the interview process and fill in the registration form, which should be filed after being confirmed and signed by parents.
6. Establish academic early warning management files.
The college should establish a complete written record and file of academic warning and intervention process. Files include academic warning students' transcripts, academic warning notices (stubs), academic warning students' conversation record forms, academic warning parents' conversation record forms and related materials.
7. The college should take the academic warning work as an important part of its daily work, establish a warning student assistance and tracking plan, conduct dynamic management, regularly check and guide the warning assistance work, and do a good job of assistance.
8. The main party and government leaders in the college are responsible for academic warning, and the leaders in charge of student work in the college are responsible for specific work. Educational administration, students and other functional departments coordinate and cooperate to be responsible for the formulation, implementation and inspection of the academic early warning system.
Section 7 Drop out of school and continue to study
Twenty-eighth students should drop out of school in any of the following circumstances.
1. Those who fail the course for more than 35 credits per academic year;
2. Those who have not completed their studies within the maximum study period stipulated by the school (including suspension);
3. Suspension or retention of school status for more than two weeks, without going through the formalities for resumption of school;
4. Diagnosed by the hospital designated by the school, unable to continue studying at school due to illness or accidental disability;
5. Not registered within the time limit stipulated by the school without justifiable reasons;
6. AWOL for two consecutive weeks, not participating in the teaching activities stipulated by the school;
7. Those who have been absent from school for more than 50 hours in one semester;
8. I applied to drop out of school.
Twenty-ninth students voluntarily apply for withdrawal from school, should fill in the "Taiyuan University of Technology Students Application for Withdrawal from School Approval Form", and go through the formalities of withdrawal after examination and approval by the college. Other students who should drop out of school need to be studied and decided by the principal meeting, and the decision to drop out of school will be sent to the students themselves. Students can submit a written complaint to the school student complaint handling Committee within 10 working days from the date of receiving the decision to quit school. Those who fail to file a complaint within the time limit are deemed to have given up their complaint automatically, and students should go through the formalities of dropping out of school within two weeks.
Thirtieth students can apply for extension of their studies voluntarily, and they can be allowed to extend their studies for one year with the consent of the college, the examination of the Academic Affairs Office and the approval of the principal in charge. Students who postpone their studies should study in the same major in the next grade, and pay tuition and miscellaneous fees according to the charging standard of the students in the next grade. Those who pass the course at the following level shall not be re-enrolled, and those who fail the course may be re-enrolled but do not remember the word "heavy". If there are still 35 credits in the course during the extension period, you can apply for extension with the next grade (the longest period of study at school). The procedures and assessment methods are the same as before. Students can extend their study twice during their school days, and more than two times will be treated as dropping out of school. The application for extension of study must be processed within three weeks after the start of school in September each year, and the daily time will not be accepted.
If a student drops out of school for reasons of Article 28, the school will issue a decision on dropping out of school and send it to him. If it cannot be sent to me due to special circumstances, it will be announced in the school media. According to the above regulations, dropping out of school is not a disciplinary action.
Thirty-first students who are approved to go abroad should also be treated as dropping out of school. If I apply, I can keep my student status for one year with the consent of the school.
Thirty-second students drop out of the aftermath, according to the following provisions.
1. Students who drop out of school or cancel their school status shall go through the formalities of dropping out of school within two weeks, their files shall be returned to their places of origin, and their registered permanent residence shall be moved back to their original or registered permanent residence in accordance with relevant state regulations.
2. 3. Students who cancel their school status and drop out of school may not apply for resumption of school;

Section 8 Graduation and Graduation
Thirty-third students with formal school status have completed the contents stipulated in the training plan within the time limit stipulated by the school. If they pass the examination and meet the graduation conditions of the school, they will be allowed to graduate and be issued with graduation certificates before leaving school. If they meet the conditions for awarding degrees, the school will also issue degree certificates.
Students who have completed the contents stipulated in the school training plan ahead of time and obtained the credits required for graduation may apply to their college and academic affairs office for early graduation one semester before graduation. After examination and approval by the college and the Academic Affairs Office, you can take your previous grades to do graduation design or thesis, take part in graduation defense, and graduate if you pass the exam.
Thirty-fourth students who have completed the courses specified in the school training plan within the time limit specified by the school, and some of them have not obtained credits or failed the practical examination, and have not met the graduation requirements, shall be registered as graduates. After graduation, you can apply to the school for a make-up exam or a make-up exam within the prescribed maximum study period. The school will arrange make-up exams or make-up exams in a unified way. Make-up exams can get up to 60 points. Those who pass the exam will be re-issued with graduation certificates. If they meet the conditions for degree granting, the school will also issue degree certificates. Section 9 Academic Certificate Management
Thirty-fifth schools should fill in and issue graduation certificates, degree certificates and other academic certificates in strict accordance with the types of running schools and learning forms determined at the time of enrollment and the personal information provided by students at the time of enrollment.
If a student changes his/her personal information, such as name, date of birth, ID number, nationality, etc. During the period of school, there should be reasonable and sufficient reasons, and the corresponding legally effective certification materials should be provided, which will be changed after being verified by the school.
Article 36 According to the electronic registration management system of higher education, the school will report the electronic information data of graduation (completion) certificate issued by the school to the Provincial Department of Education and the Ministry of Education for electronic registration of academic qualifications. The data of degree granting shall be reported to the provincial degree office and the the State Council degree office for the record.
Thirty-seventh in violation of national enrollment regulations to obtain admission qualifications or student status, the school will cancel its student status once found, and will not issue academic certificates and degree certificates; The school will revoke the academic certificates and degree certificates that have been issued. The school will also revoke academic certificates and degree certificates obtained through academic misconduct such as cheating, plagiarism or other improper means.
Revoked academic certificates and degree certificates have been registered for the record, and the school shall report them to the education administrative department for cancellation and declare them invalid.
Thirty-eighth diploma, certificate of completion, degree certificate is lost or damaged shall not be reissued. Upon the application of the students themselves, the school can issue corresponding certificates, which have the same effect as the original certificates.
Supplementary rules
Article 39 The Academic Affairs Office shall be responsible for the interpretation of these Measures. If it is inconsistent with the relevant state regulations, the state regulations shall prevail.
