Linyi Zoo and Botanical Garden is located in the core of Linyi Economic and Technological Development Zone in Shandong Province. It is the largest, most comprehensive, most famous and receives the most tourists in southern Shandong and northern Jiangsu. The park has a total planned area of more than 3,000 mu, a radiation population of 50 million, and a total investment of 654.38 billion yuan, which is divided into seven main functional areas. Among them, the animal park covers an area of 1000 mu and has 58 animal venues.

The zoo landscape area is located in the east of the park. Visitors can watch more than 0/00 kinds of wild animals such as giant panda, giraffe, elephant, Bengal tiger, African lion, Korean leopard, zebra, black-footed horse, sika deer, ostrich, kangaroo and peacock at close range. The National Defense Education Park has a large number of retired military equipment such as 627 Rongcheng submarine and military tanks.
