Right-angle elbow with the same specification is used for joint sealing (sealed connection). BVR6mm soft-core copper wire is introduced into the tube as the power cord of the laser lamp, and the whole wire is introduced into the lamp from the power distribution cabinet without connector; The connector between the conductor and the laser lamp adopts multi-strand copper core wire butt joint. After the connector is processed, the first layer of G20 high-temperature waterproof tape is wound, and the windproof igniter is heated, baked, shrunk and cooled, and then sprayed with antistatic spray. Then winding the second layer of G20 high-temperature waterproof adhesive tape, heating, baking, shrinking and cooling by a windproof fire machine, and spraying an antistatic spray again;

After the lamps and conduits are installed, they need to be electrified for trial operation; Before electrifying, use ohmmeter to test whether the resistance value between each circuit meets the safety range, and then press the test button of the main switch of the distribution cabinet to check whether the action and return position can be in place and whether the secondary terminal of the air switch is connected with an empty load line;
After all the tests are correct, first test the incoming voltage with a voltmeter, and then close the main switch in the cabinet after the test is correct. After waiting for 1 min, clamp the clamp ammeter on the L line of the bus to prepare the test current, and then close the air switch in turn according to the order of rated current (pay attention to the interval of 1 min). Close the air switch every time, check the current fluctuation of the clamp ammeter and make records. For example, the test current value of ammeter before closing is very important.
Theoretically, it is necessary to run continuously for 12 hours after all normal power-on, and record the fluctuation of trial operation current and voltage every hour; According to the actual situation and the impact on the operation of the park, our company proposes to put into trial operation for 6 hours when the bus voltage is normal, and then run continuously for 6 hours when the power consumption peaks and the bus voltage is under-voltage, and make a record of trial operation.

What should I pay attention to when installing outdoor laser lights?

2. Don't change the switching power supply frequently, which will damage the service life of lamps.
3. Starting current: HCI, HQI, NAV, depending on the ballast, the starting current of the lamp can be as high as twice the working current, so this current must be considered in the circuit design, otherwise the switch will easily trip;
3. luminous flux: the parameters of the light source are relatively stable at the point of 100 to 300 hours. The ignition positions of T-type and TS-type are horizontal, while E-type is vertical to the base. When the ignition position of light source is different, its luminous flux, color temperature and even life span are significantly different; It is best not to have more than four lamps connected in parallel on the same road to reduce the voltage variation. Different voltages between different phases will lead to color shift of the light source.
