3. The applicant has worked in an urban employer, signed a labor contract 1 year or more, continuously paid the housing accumulation fund or social insurance premium for more than 6 months, or held the urban business license and tax payment certificate 1 year or more;
4. The applicant and family members have no housing in the urban area;
5. The amount of per capita disposable income of the applicant family in the previous year was lower than the standard;
6. The applicant's immediate family members have no housing subsidy ability in this city.
Two, Yulin city public rental housing management approach
Public rental housing is co-ordinated by the government, and the housing is uniformly distributed by the town (street) housing security management department.
