Zhuhai No.2 Middle School, founded in 1980, is a key high school directly under Zhuhai Education Bureau. It is located in the center of Zhuhai, south of the municipal government compound and north of rhinoceros Moon Mountain. The school covers an area of 83,869 square meters, with 60 classes, more than 3,000 students and 247 faculty members.
Zhuhai No.2 Middle School is the first batch of schools in Guangdong Province that passed the initial supervision and acceptance of national demonstration ordinary high schools, the "Modern Educational Technology Experimental School" awarded by the Ministry of Education, and the first batch of demonstration schools for mental health education in primary and secondary schools in Guangdong Province. Zhuhai's education system is the only one designated by the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee as a "solid foundation" project demonstration site.
The development of history
Zhuhai No.2 Middle School was founded in 1980, originally under the jurisdiction of Zhuhai Xiangzhou Education Bureau. 19 1 was designated as a key middle school in Xiangzhou District, and 1993 was directly under the jurisdiction of Zhuhai Education Bureau.
In 2002, with the expansion of the school, the municipal government put the stadium next to the school. Later, it was successively rated as the first-class school in Guangdong Province, the first batch of national model ordinary high schools in Guangdong Province, and the first batch of "schools with excellent teaching level" in Guangdong Province. In February, 2004, junior high school moved to Wen Yuan Road, Xinxiangzhou, and was renamed as "Zhuhai Wen Yuan Middle School" according to the relevant regulations on the separation of junior high school and senior high school in Zhuhai. Since then, Zhuhai No.2 Middle School has changed from an ordinary complete middle school to an ordinary senior middle school.
