The square consists of four parts: entrance square, central square, Baoding square and Four Seasons Flower Sea. It is a comprehensive city with functions of commemoration, assembly, cultural exchange, entertainment, leisure and sightseeing.
The second phase of the project is Qujiang Park, covering an area of 4 10 mu, located between the north and south of the city.
