2. Fill in the "Application Form for Membership of All-China Federation of Trade Unions" and "Registration Form for Membership of Trade Unions" and report to the grassroots trade union committee.

3. After receiving the application for membership, the grass-roots trade union committee shall hold a meeting in time to study and examine the admission of employees.

4. After approval, issue a membership card to the All-China Federation of Trade Unions.
