The leading cadres of Jiyuan City are all equipped according to prefecture-level cities, and the secretary of Jiyuan Municipal Party Committee is also a member of Henan Provincial Party Committee. However, the State Council did not reply below, and there is no official statement of "sub-prefecture-level city" at the national administrative level.
