At the same time, fireworks and firecrackers are discouraged for wedding activities in the three-package responsibility area in front of the city appearance and environmental sanitation. Those who refuse to listen to dissuasion shall report to the public security organ in time.
Hotels and hotel operators who undertake wedding services fail to fulfill this obligation and set off fireworks and firecrackers due to wedding activities, the public security organs shall impose a fine of 1000 yuan to 5,000 yuan on hotels and hotel operators.
Units or individuals engaged in wedding and funeral services who, in violation of the provisions of these measures, engage in fireworks and firecrackers shall be ordered by the safety production supervision and management department to stop their business activities and be fined 20 thousand yuan; The public security organ shall order the designated customers who purchase fireworks to make corrections and impose a fine of 1000 yuan to 5,000 yuan.
Enterprises and individuals engaged in the business of fireworks and firecrackers who, in violation of the provisions of these measures, operate (including store) fireworks and firecrackers prohibited from being sold in this Municipality, shall be ordered by the safety production supervision and management department to make corrections, and those engaged in the retail business of fireworks and firecrackers shall be fined more than 2,000 yuan in 500 yuan; Engaged in fireworks wholesale business, punishable by a fine of 5000 yuan and 30 thousand yuan.
National staff who set off fireworks and firecrackers in violation of regulations shall be criticized and educated by their units according to the seriousness of the case, except for administrative sanctions, until they are punished.
