Third, the recruitment process
(1) Registration
1. Registration scope: people who meet the above conditions in Sichuan Province.
2. Registration time: August 3, 20081-September 2, 2008.
3. Registration place: Pujiang County Radio and Television Station (No.7 Weicheng West Road, Pujiang County)
4. Registration requirements: Applicants must hold their valid identity documents (ID card, household registration book, etc.). ) and 1 graduation certificate, Putonghua grade certificate (employment recommendation materials provided by fresh graduates) and three recent color photos of the same edition 1 inch, truthfully fill in the registration qualification examination form, and submit it to Sichuan Price Bureau and Finance Department (2003) for review after preliminary examination.
After the registration, the interview assessment leading group will examine the qualifications of the applicants, and those who pass the examination will enter the interview stage.
(2) Interview
The interview work is organized and implemented by the interview evaluation leading group in a unified way, and is carried out according to the prescribed procedures. The interviewer is determined according to the ratio of the number of job recruiters to the number of interviewers not less than 1: 2. The interview mainly tests the candidate's image temperament, appearance and manners, oral expression, Putonghua level, quick response, organization and coordination ability.

(3) pilot broadcasting
The pilot broadcast shall be organized and implemented by the evaluation leading group in a unified manner and carried out according to the prescribed procedures. Among the interviewers, four candidates (2 men and 2 women) were identified according to the recruitment positions to enter the pilot stage. The trial broadcast mainly tests the quality and level of candidates' photogenic effect, broadcast quality, image temperament, expression ability and on-the-spot driving ability.
The pilot time is 2 months. Give appropriate living allowance during the trial broadcast.

(4), assessment and physical examination
After assessment, the pilot personnel determine the physical examination object according to the number of job recruits, and the physical examination is carried out in the people's hospital at or above the county level designated by the assessment leading group. The standards and items shall be implemented according to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) (No.20051issued by People's Republic of China (PRC) Ministry). The main contents of the assessment are the applicant's ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability and work performance.
Those who fail the physical examination will be replaced by the next applicant in turn.
(V) Employment and treatment
Personnel who have passed the pilot broadcast, evaluation, examination and physical examination shall, in accordance with the spirit of personnel system reform in public institutions, implement post contract employment management, sign employment contracts with employers, and implement a probation period system with a probation period of one year.
