Xiushan Tujia and Miao Autonomous County is located in the southeast border of Chongqing and the hinterland of Wuling Mountain. It consists of four regions, namely, Zhong Ping Township, Yajiang Town, Hong 'an Town, Elong Town and Yongdong Town. It borders Huayuan County in Hunan Province in the east and southeast, Cenxi Township and Shi Ye Town in the south, Pingkai Street, Guanzhuang Town and longchi town in the west, Liren Town and Songnong Town in the north. Zhong Ling Town, Aikou Town, Qingxichang Town and Xiaoxi Township are bounded by Pingkai Street, Meijiang Town and Lanqiao Town in the east and southeast, Songtao County in the south and west, and Wuyang Street, Rongxi Town and Gaotian Town in the north. Xikou Town borders Guanzhuang Town and Miaoquan Town in the east, Wuyang Street and Rongxi Town in the south and southwest, and Youyang Tujia and Miao Autonomous County in the west and north. 1, external sensory characteristics: Xiushan tea has compact appearance, sharp seedlings and yellow-green color. The fragrance is lasting, the taste is fresh and refreshing, the soup is bright yellow-green, and the leaves are bright yellow-green, tender and even. 2. Internal quality indicators: water extract content is 38.0 ~ 50.0%, total tea polyphenols content is 13.0 ~ 24.0%, total amino acids content is 1.8 ~ 4.5%, and caffeine content is 1.8 ~ 4.0%. 3.
