First, open the pr software, click Subtitle-New Subtitle-Default Dynamic Subtitle in the menu bar, and confirm after modifying the name.

Then enter the text as the material file in the subtitle editing panel, modify the text style and adjust the numerical value, find the template icon in the text editing panel and click, select Import the current text as the template, and then modify the name in the pop-up window and confirm.
