The thirty-eighth executive meeting of the Municipal People's Government decided to adjust the compensation standards related to house expropriation and demolition in the Measures for Compensation and Resettlement of House Demolition on Collective Land in Yiyang City (Order No.4 [2007] of the Municipal People's Government) (see annex). This notice shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation, and the expropriation and demolition projects that have been implemented but not yet completed before the announcement shall still be implemented according to the original plan.

Remarks:
