Changxing County, which belongs to Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, is located in the southeast coast of Zhejiang Province, Hangjiahu Plain in the Yangtze River Delta and the southwest bank of Taihu Lake. It borders Anji County, Wuxing District of Huzhou City, Guangde County of Anhui Province, Yixing City of Jiangsu Province and Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui provinces.
Changxing county belongs to the subtropical maritime monsoon climate, and its general characteristics are: abundant sunshine, mild climate, abundant precipitation, four distinct seasons, the same season of rain and heat, and the coordination of temperature and light.
By the end of 20 15, Changxing county had built eight cultural auditoriums 18, with more than 800,000 readers and 900,000 books in circulation, and established the first library council. Changxing County was founded in Taikang in the Western Jin Dynasty for three years, and was promoted to Zhou in the early Sui and Tang Dynasties, and Zhou became a county in Hongwu in the Ming Dynasty, with a history of 1700 years. Changxing is the hometown of the founding emperor of the Chen Dynasty, and the sacred well where he bathed in the world is well preserved. Cha Sheng Lu Yu wrote his masterpiece Tea Classic in Changxing, becoming the founder of China tea culture, and Changxing became the birthplace of tea culture.
