There are two branches in Urumqi, one is Qidaowan Store and the other is Yingbin Road Store. There are enough parking spaces in front of both stores. The waiter wears traditional Uighur clothes and greets you with a big smile. They are warm and friendly and know everything on the menu like the back of their hand. If you are not familiar with Xinjiang cuisine, they will patiently recommend signature dishes and special dishes to you to ensure that you can taste the most authentic delicious food.
The layout of this shop is very ethnic, from the facade, doors and windows, walls, floors to roofs, to all kinds of decorations, all of which are carefully designed. Colorful color combinations and regular patterns are impressive. The most special thing is that a mini version of Loulan site is designed above the kitchen, which makes diners feel as if they are in the ancient city of Loulan and have a feeling of dreaming back to Loulan.

Here are mainly locals who come to eat. The restaurant is decorated with Xinjiang characteristics, surrounded by groups of Xinjiang people who eat. The whole restaurant exudes a strong flavor of regional culture. The restaurant plays soft Xinjiang songs and plays live folk music at specific time. The strings and drums of traditional musical instruments reverberate in the dining room, adding a mysterious and moving artistic conception to the dining environment. You will also enjoy the wonderful performances of Uygur dancers, bringing you an audio-visual feast.
Their original pot hand-grabbed rice is my personal favorite dish. Compared with the big pot of pilaf, the small pot is more oily and full, and the meat is also very rich and delicious. It can be said that it is the most amazing dish of the whole table, which is beyond my expectation.
Another recommended dish is pigeon noodles that won the gold medal. This dish is full. However, be careful not to eat spicy food, because the overall taste is spicy. The pigeon meat inside is very tender, the taste of hot sauce is very strong, and the coarse noodles of hand rolls are very strong. There are also fried quail eggs, which add a special flavor to this dish.

Founded in 1996, it has been operating for nearly 30 years. This shop has three floors, which is different from ordinary noodle mixing and barbecue shops. There are many choices on the menu, and you can try all kinds of mouth-watering foods. Imagine that fresh mutton kebabs are roasted on a charcoal grill, golden and crisp in appearance and juicy inside. When they are delivered to you, the aroma on the kebabs comes to your nose and wakes up your taste buds. In addition, there is hand-grabbed rice. Rice is covered with crispy shredded carrots, delicious mutton and various seasonings, and every bite makes you taste the unique delicious food in Xinjiang.
The first is the steamed stuffed bun with pilaf, which contains vegetarian pilaf, four thin purses and refreshing side dishes. When eating, you should break the thin leather bag, and then mix the meat stuffing with the pilaf to make a side dish. The taste is refreshing and the price is 25 yuan.
