Victory Monument is located in Shengli Park, Balihu New District, Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province. The monument is in the shape of a European square with a height of 200.6 meters, replacing the Washington Monument with a height of 169 meters and becoming the tallest monument in the world. It can be called "the highest monument in the world". It is a landmark building in Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province [1][2].

The monument has a building area of 8900 square meters, reinforced concrete tube, simple structure, 2 floors underground and 35 floors above ground (5.6 meters high). 184.4m is equipped with a sightseeing hall (with 2m high-speed elevator in and out), and the inclination of the main exterior wall is 0.93 (6%). Marble is hung on the surface of the monument, the top is quadrangular steel structure, and the outside is covered with vacuum tempered glass, which belongs to a mixture of super high-rise buildings.

Jiujiang Victory Monument was built to commemorate Jiujiang's recovery of the British Concession and its victory in flood fighting and emergency rescue in the last century.
