The Beijing Pass refers to the temporary pass for foreign motor vehicles without Beijing license to enter individual sections within or outside the Sixth Ring Road in Beijing. Valid for 7 days.

According to the relevant regulations, each foreign license plate vehicle can only apply for 12 "Beijing Pass" within one year, and the longest service period of the "Beijing Pass" issued each time is 7 days. The restricted area of foreign buses extends to Beijing Sixth Ring Road (excluding) and Tongzhou District (excluding main roads). Before the expiration of the validity period of the "Beijing Pass", vehicles should drive out of the restricted range, otherwise the number of days that they can apply for the Beijing Pass in the current year will be deducted according to the number of parking days.

Notice on Traffic Management Measures for Some Passenger Cars Article 1 Anyone who enters the roads within the Sixth Ring Road (excluding) and the roads in Tongzhou District (excluding the main roads) must apply for a Beijing Pass. The Beijing Pass should be placed at the lower left of the front windshield of the vehicle (if you pass the "Beijing Traffic Police APP", you need to download and print it yourself).

Article 2 Each vehicle may apply for a Beijing Pass 12 times a year at most, and each Beijing Pass shall be valid for 7 days at most. You should leave the above range before the expiration of the validity period. If you fail to apply for the Beijing Pass or park on the roads of cities above the above-mentioned level within the validity period of the Beijing Pass, the number of days that you can apply for the Beijing Pass in the current year will be deducted according to the number of parking days. Those who do not apply for a Beijing Pass or drive on the roads within the above-mentioned range beyond the validity period shall be regarded as illegal acts of "driving in violation of the prohibition sign" and shall be punished by the traffic administrative department of the public security organ according to law.

Article 3 Passenger cars with the following license plates (including temporary license plates) from provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government do not need to apply for a Beijing Pass when driving within the above-mentioned range:

(1) Inter-provincial long-distance buses and inter-provincial tourist buses that have received passenger passes from other cities;

(2) Military and armed police vehicles and special vehicles such as police cars and ambulances.
