The second turning point of the competition is located at the east side of Shennan East Road Grand Theatre 100m U-turn. After the turn-back, traffic control will be implemented again on Shennan East Road, Shennan Middle Road and Shennan Avenue (east to west) until the race reaches the end of Shenzhen Civic Center.

Although our bureau gradually implemented traffic control on the road sections according to the progress of the competition teams, so as to minimize the impact of traffic control on the normal travel of citizens during the games, we still actively appealed to the general public to reduce the travel demand of driving to the roads around the track on the day of the competition. Citizens who really need to travel suggest choosing parallel roads such as Beihuan Avenue, Sungang Road, Binhe Avenue, Binhai Avenue or Nanping Expressway to bypass.
Because the track involves the two-way roads of Shahe West Road and Wanghai Road, it will have a certain impact on the entry and exit of Shenzhen Bay Port and the travel of vehicles passing through Shahe West Road to Jiang Yan Expressway. It is suggested that inbound vehicles choose Dongbin Road westbound and turn to Houhai Road, Houhai Avenue, Nanshan Avenue and Nanhai Avenue, while outbound vehicles can choose to bypass Houhai Road, Houhai Avenue, Nanhai Avenue and Nanshan Avenue and then turn to Dongbin Road. Citizens who need to get on the Yanjiang Expressway can turn to Moon Bay Avenue through Beihuan Avenue and Binhai Avenue, and then turn to the entrance of Yanjiang Expressway. At the same time, it is suggested that vehicles entering the depth along the Yangtze River bypass Moon Bay Avenue.
