What does the blanket mean?
Blanket is a common bedding, which has the function of keeping warm and is thinner than quilt.

Its raw materials are mostly animal fibers (such as wool, mohair, rabbit hair, cashmere, camel hair, yak hair) or chemical fibers such as acrylic fiber and viscose fiber, and some of them are blended with chemical fibers.

Both sides of the blanket are rich in plush wool, and the surface is rich in plush, which is a kind of warm bed wool and can also be used as decorations such as bedspreads and tapestries.

It is divided into pure blanket, blended blanket and chemical fiber blanket. According to knitting methods, it can be divided into organic knitting, tufting, warp knitting, needling and sewing.

There are jacquard, printed, plain, mandarin duck, plaid and so on.

Carpet styles include suede, vertical pile, down, rolling ball and water pattern.

Strong elasticity and warmth, thick texture.

It is mainly used as a bedspread and also as an ornament, such as a bedspread or tapestry.

The appearance and image of blankets are varied, including plump and curly suede, vertical velvet, smooth long velvet, lamb-like rolling balls and irregular ripple water patterns.

Blanket patterns have many colors, including geometric patterns, flowers, landscapes, animals and so on.

Generally, blankets are reinforced with hemming, hemming and tassels.

There are rich plush and warm wool fabrics on the surface of the text, which can be used in beds and also used as decorations such as bedspreads and tapestries.

There are three kinds: pure blanket, blended blanket and chemical fiber blanket.

Semi-fine wool is used as the raw material of pure blanket. Generally, 2 ~ 5 male carded wool yarns are used as warp and weft yarns, or combed wool yarns, cotton yarns and man-made fiber yarns are used as warp yarns, and the carded wool yarns are interwoven with weft yarns. Twill, broken twill double weft, satin double weft and knotted double twill weave can be adopted.

The fabric needs felting and double-sided napping.

The weight of each blanket is about 2 ~ 3 kilograms.

Blended blankets contain 30 ~ 50% viscose fiber, and recycled wool is sometimes added to reduce the cost.

Chemical fiber blanket is mainly acrylic fiber, with bright color and soft touch.

There are two ways to weave blankets: weaving and knitting.

Woven blankets are woven by ordinary wool knitting machines and pile knitting machines; Knitting is divided into warp knitting, tufting, needling and sewing.

Pile-up woven blankets and warp-knitted blankets all adopt the method of pile cutting to obtain the pile surface, so the pile surface is vertical, smooth, soft and elastic, and it is a higher-grade variety of blankets.

In addition to pilling, it is also steamed, combed, scraped, scalded, cut or rolled according to the requirements of different varieties.

The appearance and image of blankets are varied, including suede with full and curly fluff, vertical fluff with velvet feeling, long and smooth downflow fluff, rolling balls like lamb skin and irregular ripple water patterns.

There are many patterns and colors of blankets, including geometric patterns, flowers, landscapes, animals and so on.

Generally, blankets are reinforced with hemming, hemming and tassels.

The development of blankets in China is in full swing in China. It has developed rapidly in recent fifteen years, and has become the world's blanket production base, ranking first in the world in terms of output.

In the early 1980s, the state-owned Raschel blanket manufacturers, represented by Meiya, Mudanjiang Blanket Factory and Anniversary Blanket Factory, introduced more than 20 automatic production lines, started the upgrading of China's blanket products, and gradually replaced the previous sheep blankets with Raschel blankets.

In the early 1990s, Taiwan-funded enterprises of acrylic blankets, represented by Kunqing in Guangdong and Huang Du in Shanghai, produced blankets according to the process of producing plush fabrics, which greatly improved the handle, luster and brightness of acrylic blankets, and the investment in production lines was much lower than that in Raschel blanket production lines, which made more private enterprises invest in blanket products.

In the coastal areas of Guangdong and Zhejiang, industrial bases have been formed and good profits have been made.

1At the end of 997, Hebei Baoding Meiya Textile Co., Ltd. took the lead in setting up a factory in the north and began to produce acrylic blankets, but the result was unexpected. Within three years, dozens of blanket factories have been built in Lixian County, Laixian County and Anxin County in Baoding area, and they have developed rapidly, forming a large-scale production base, and the output has jumped to the forefront of the country, occupying most of the domestic market share, making coastal manufacturers turn to foreign exports.

However, in recent years, Hebei blanket enterprises have also shifted from domestic sales to foreign markets, making China blankets a world leader.

The raw material has gradually changed from acrylic fiber to polyester fiber, and the process has been improved very quickly, occupying an increasing share in foreign markets. The blanket industry in Korea, Hungary and other countries is gradually declining.

Acrylic blanket manufacturers gradually changed from manual embossing to automatic flat screen printing, and the quality and quantity of products improved rapidly. For example, Zhen 'ai in Zhejiang and Shenghao in Shandong have an annual output of about 20,000 tons of finished products, and their exports to Middle Eastern countries are the largest.

In Jiangsu, the manufacturers represented by Changshu Jinxiu, Taicang Qin Yi and Nantong Huayin Plush Products Co., Ltd. mainly export, and Nantong Huayin's composite carpets are very popular in the market.

In Heilongjiang, China-Austria Carpet Industry in Mudanjiang, Yajia Carpet in Jiamusi and Golden Carpet for the anniversary are mostly single-layer carpets, which are exported to Russia in large quantities.

Blanket classification a) Blankets are divided into double blankets, single blankets, children blankets and other specifications.

B) Bed blanket, knee blanket, beach blanket, etc. You can also use it.

C) Blankets can also be specially finished: flame retardant blankets, finishing, negative ion finishing, etc.

D) I will introduce it according to the knitting method:

7. Raschel-like blanket on double-layer velvet loom: generally, only double-layer blankets are made.

8. Raschel blankets and acrylic blankets can also be sandwiched with hollow cotton.

It can also be used for quilting products and fur products. If the blanket is thick, it won't dry easily. At this time, a little physical knowledge is needed: hanging the blanket obliquely on the clothesline to dry can greatly shorten the time needed for drying.

wash

Pure blankets are mostly wool products.

The main component of wool is protein, so it is called firefly white fiber.

The blanket made of wool has good warmth retention, strong Sichuan resistance, soft salt resistance, high gloss, strong acid resistance and non-flammability. When washing, first soak the blanket in cold water 1 hour, and let the dust attached to the surface beat the blanket and enter the water.

Then rinse with clear water for l-2 times to squeeze out water, and then put the blanket into the prepared washing liquid at 40℃ (50 g washing powder for a blanket) to wash it up and down.

If the corners are dirty, you can gently brush them with a small brush dipped in washing liquid.

Due to the poor alkali resistance of wool, soap chips or neutral washing powder should be used when washing.

Wash the rinsed blanket twice with warm water and then several times with clear water until there is no foam.

After the wool felt is washed, it should be soaked in 0.2-0.3% acid solution or 3% vinegar solution for 2-3 minutes, which can not only neutralize the residual soap-based lye, but also maintain the original luster of the felt.

After peracid, it needs to be washed with clean water 1 and twice, and the fiber carpet consists of pure spun acrylic carpet and blended acrylic carpet.

Because of the poor hygroscopicity, large electrostatic effect and easy adsorption of dust, the washing times are more than those of blankets.

Before washing, it should also be soaked in cold water, then squeezed dry, rubbed in soap chips or neutral washing powder solution below 40℃, and constantly turned.

Dirty places such as corners can be wiped with some washing powder.

Wash for about 15 minutes, and then rinse with clean water.

When drying, you can squeeze some water out of the blanket or fiber blanket, and then put it on a rope or pole with the four corners aligned.

Because the ultraviolet rays in the sun and some chemical components in the air will make wool yellow, reduce its elasticity and lose its luster, it is not allowed to be exposed to the sun and baked, and the reverse side should be outward.
