1. Prepare materials, identity documents of both parties, marriage certificate and original property agreement (if there is any property, property ownership certificate is required);
2. Notarization application and review. Both parties personally go to the notary office to apply for notarization and fill in the notarization application form;
3. After examination, make and receive a notarial certificate.

Article 18 of the Rules of Notarization Procedure
A natural person, legal person or other organization applying for notarization shall submit the following materials:
(a) the identity certificates of natural persons, legal persons and their legal representatives, other organizations and their responsible persons;
(2) Where an application is entrusted to another person as an agent, the agent shall submit the power of attorney of the party concerned, and the legal agent or other agent shall submit the power of attorney;
(3) documents for notarization;
(four) the certification materials for notarization, which involve property rights, shall submit the relevant property rights certificates;
(5) Other materials related to notarization.
