Xuebao Peak, the main peak of Minshan Mountain, the highest peak in Huanglong Scenic Area, is 5588 meters above sea level, which is the easternmost point of modern glaciers in China. However, the altitudes of various scenic spots in Huanglong Scenic Area vary from 3,070 meters to 3,900 meters, and the Caichi Scenic Area at the top of the mountain is about 3,500 meters above sea level.

Introduction of scenic spots

Huanglong Scenic Area consists of Huanglong Valley, Danyun Gorge, Munigou, Xuebaoding, Xueshanliang, Hongxing Rock, Xigou and other scenic spots. The main landscape is concentrated in Huanglong ditch, which is about 3.6 kilometers long. Calcium carbonate deposits are distributed all over the ditch, which is arranged in a stepped manner. It is famous for its rich animal and plant resources and enjoys the reputation of "the wonder of the world" and "the jade pool on earth".

When you enter Huanglong Scenic Area, the first thing you see is a group of exquisite and unique pools with bright water quality-Yingbin Pool. The pools are different in size, strange in shape, colorful and patchwork, surrounded by mountains, lush trees, wild flowers and butterflies flying in the mountains. The winding stone paths in the mountains are dotted with viewing pavilions, adding more interest.
