Beijing Badaling National Forest Park is located between Badaling of the Great Wall of Wan Li and Juyongguan, with a total area of 44,000 mu and the highest peak elevation of 1.238 meters. There are 539 species of plants and 0/58 species of animals. The afforestation rate reaches 96%, and it is the first ecological public welfare forest area in China that has passed fsc international certification. The main attractions in the park are Hongyeling Scenic Area, Qinglong Valley Scenic Area and Lilac Valley Scenic Area.

It reflects that the Great Wall of Hongye is the best landscape in the garden, and there are other unique landscape resources with high value, such as Martin's fragrance, apricot blossom, pear blossom and "Wang Long" series of scenic spots. The peak area for viewing red leaves in Badaling National Forest Park is Hongyeling, covering an area of nearly 1,000 mu. There are more than 50,000 red-leaf trees (Cotinus coggygria). Located on the ridge south of the first railway in China and the bronze statue of Zhan Tianyou.
