1. First, choose an old dress that won't feel bad after cutting. It can be red or white, as shown in the figure below.

2. Then, cut a slender strip of cloth on the clothes. The length of the strip is not important. If you want more layers, cut it longer. If you like fewer layers, cut it shorter, as shown below.
