In order to thoroughly implement Scientific Outlook on Development, focus on safeguarding and improving people's livelihood, gradually raise the income level of urban and rural residents, especially low-income groups, and let the broad masses of the people enjoy the fruits of reform and development, according to the national minimum wage regulations, the provincial government decided to adjust the minimum wage standard in the province from February 20 1 1+ 1. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

First, the province's minimum wage standard is divided into three grades by region. The standards and scope of application of each grade are detailed in the annex.

Second, the monthly minimum wage for full-time employees is 1 100 yuan, 900 yuan and 750 yuan. The minimum hourly wage for full-time employees is converted into 8 hours a day and 2 1.75 days a month.

The hourly minimum wage for part-time employees is 10 yuan, 8.5 yuan and 7.0 yuan.

Three, this standard applies to enterprises, individual economic organizations, private non-enterprise units and other organizations in our province (hereinafter referred to as the employing units) and workers who have established labor relations with them. State organs, institutions, social organizations and workers who have established labor relations with them shall be implemented with reference to this standard.

Fourth, the employing unit should actively carry out collective wage negotiations with trade unions and workers according to its own economic benefits and the wage guidance price in the human resources market, and reasonably determine the wage level and standard of the unit. The wage standard determined through consultation shall not be lower than the local minimum wage standard. Workers who provide normal work within the statutory working hours or the working hours stipulated in the labor contract signed according to law shall not be less than the local minimum wage.

Five, the monthly minimum wage standard does not include the following items:

(a) to extend the statutory working hours and wages.

(two) allowances under special working environments and conditions such as middle shift, night shift, high temperature, low temperature, underground, toxic and harmful.

(3) Employee benefits stipulated by laws and regulations and the state.

Six, human resources and social security departments at all levels should strengthen the supervision and inspection of the implementation of the minimum wage provisions in accordance with the law, and timely correct and deal with the violations of the minimum wage provisions by employers.
