Private passenger cars do not need to apply for the relevant license for online carpooling, but they must abide by the relevant regulations. On the premise of their own behavior, the owner has the nature of releasing travel information in advance, and does not aim at making profits, sharing part of travel costs or helping each other for free, but the number of rides per car per day is limited.
Under normal circumstances, hitchhiking drivers on major platforms should meet the following conditions: 19 or above, under 70 years old, with C2 or above driver's license, with more than one year's driving experience, and no serious illegal acts such as violence, drunk driving and traffic accidents.
