1. 1. After opening Photoshop software, directly click the [File]-> [New] option in the navigation bar, or directly press the shortcut key [Ctrl]

6. Next, after completing the above steps, click [Image]-> [Adjustment]-> [Color Scale] in the ps navigation menu, and then directly select [Auto Color Scale] in the opened color scale dialog box, as shown in the figure below, and then enter the next step.
7. Then, after completing the above steps, click Filter-> Distortion-> Polar Coordinate in the ps navigation menu, and directly click and select Polar Coordinate to Plane Coordinate in the opened polar coordinate dialog box, as shown in the figure below, and then enter the next step.
8. Then, after completing the above steps, click Picture-> Rotate Canvas-> 90 degrees clockwise in the ps navigation menu, as shown in the figure below, and then go to the next step.
9. Then, after completing the above steps, in the ps navigation menu, click Filter-> Distortion-> Polar Coordinate, and then directly click and select the option of converting plane coordinates to polar coordinates in the open polar coordinate dialog box, as shown in the figure below, and then enter the next step.
10. Finally, the actual effect of the laser is completed by completing the above steps, as shown in the following figure. In this way, the problem is solved.
