Look at the effect first:
2.Ctrl+R imports a picture you like to the stage.
3. Use any deformation tool to adjust the picture to a suitable size and put it in the center of the background.
4. Then draw a black rectangle with the rectangle tool and put it behind the picture.
5. Use any deformation tool to adjust the black rectangle to a suitable size to form a black border of the picture.
6. Draw the shaft. Draw a slender rectangle with the rectangle tool, and set the linear gradient with the fill below in the color panel. The color blocks at both ends are #98B498, and the middle is white.
7. Then draw a long black rectangle with the rectangle tool.
8. Put two rectangles together and align them in the middle.
9. Use the selection tool to adjust the two ends of the black rectangle into arcs, and then select two scroll bars together, and press CTRL+G.
10. Select the drawn scroll, hold down the Alt key and drag horizontally to copy another scroll, and arrange them side by side at one end of the screen.
1 1. Select the scroll bar on the right, and Ctrl+Shift+D will expand it to a new layer named "bar2". Draw a big white rectangle with the rectangle tool and put it under this scroll. The rectangle should be big enough to cover the picture below. Combine this scroll with white rectangle ctrl+g.
12. Now there are three layers, the bottom is the picture background, and the other two layers are scrolls. Press F5 at frame 100 to insert the frame into all three layers.

13. Press F6 at the 50th frame of the "bar2" layer to insert a key frame and add an animation tween. Adjust the scroll and white rectangle of this layer to the right end of the picture background of the 50th frame. It's done.
