With the approval of the Shaanxi Provincial People's Government (No.[20 19]660), the Xianyang Municipal People's Government (No.[20 18] 15) granted the transfer and agreed to expropriate the collective land in Liuxi Village, Xizhangbao Town, our county. According to the provisions of Article 48 of the Land Management Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and Article 25 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Land Management Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the relevant matters of the approved land ownership units, areas and other land acquisition compensation and resettlement schemes are hereby announced as follows:
1. Land acquisition batch: Liquan County 20 18, batch 22 0 1 agricultural land conversion and land acquisition.
2. Land requisition location: Liuxi Village, Xizhangbao Town, Liquan County.
Three, land compensation and resettlement standards:
1. Land compensation fee and resettlement fee is 45,000 yuan/mu (including land compensation fee, resettlement fee and compensation fee for ground attachments).
2. The compensation standards for ground attachments and other buildings (structures) shall be implemented with reference to relevant documents of Liquan County.
Four. Location, boundary, area and ownership of the land to be expropriated: the total area to be expropriated is 6.7035 hectares (including cultivated land 1. 1426 hectares, garden land 5.2682 hectares and other agricultural land 0.2927 hectares). The plot is located to the east of Tourist Road and to the west of Xizhangbao Town Environmental Protection Industrial Park. These four boundaries are: the western boundary of agricultural land in Dongliuxi Village; West to the east boundary of agricultural land in Liuxi Village; South of the northern boundary of agricultural land in Liuxi Village; North of the southern boundary of agricultural land in Liuxi Village (the specific location is subject to the survey technical report).
Land owners and users shall register land acquisition compensation within 7 days from the date of announcement, and overdue shall be deemed as giving up their due rights and interests. According to the provisions of Article 25 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Land Management Law of the People's Republic of China, there is a dispute between the two sides on the compensation and resettlement for this land acquisition, which will not affect the organization and implementation of this plan.
