Basic information: Qianqiao Town is located in the north of Zongyang County, about 40 kilometers away from the county seat. It faces Baihu Town across Luochang River in the east, Fushan Town and Yijin Town in the south, forest in the west and Qiao Qi Town and Luohe Town Town in Lujiang County in the north. Surface water flows into Baidang Lake through Luochang River and Qianqiao River (called Maxi River in ancient times). The total area of the town is about 90 square kilometers, and the people's government of Qianqiao Town is located in Qianqiao Village.

Places of interest: There are two main places of interest in Qianqiao Town. 1. Qianjia Bridge: It was built in Hongzhi period of Ming Dynasty (1488—1505), with a history of more than 500 years. During the Hongzhi period of the Ming Dynasty, the Chief Secretary made every effort to build a bridge at Wangjiadu for Qian Ruji (a native of Yishan, tanggou, this county) in order to benefit pedestrians, local people and business travelers traveling from south to north, and to commemorate his righteous act. Later it gradually became a market town. The name of Qianqiao Town comes from this.
The second is the Neolithic site of Tang Shuang: this site is located in Qianqiao Village, with an area of 2,000 square meters and a cultural layer of 3.5 meters. People call it "the place where fire pipes blow". From 65438 to 0978, Qianqiao Cultural Station found a large number of pottery feet, tablets, spinning wheels and incomplete stone tools from the surface. 1979 was identified as a settlement site from the late Neolithic period to the Shang and Zhou dynasties by the county cultural management institute.
