The history of Zhang Ji in Shan County
Zhangji Town, located 25 kilometers northeast of Shan County, is the junction of Shan County, Feng County and Jinxiang County in Sulu Province, with an area of 78.5 square kilometers and a population of 52,000, and governs 50 administrative villages. 194 1 year, Maqiao Village in this town became the seat of Huxi Special Zone of Anti-Japanese Democratic Government and one of the old revolutionary areas in Shan County. Zhangji Township was founded in the Hongwu period of Ming Dynasty, and was originally named Linheji because of its proximity to Huihe River. Later, because of the prosperity of the Zhang family, it was renamed Zhang Ji. 194 1 year, Maqiao Village in this township was once the seat of Huxi Special Zone of the Anti-Japanese Democratic Government, and became one of the old revolutionary areas in Shan County, and once had the reputation of "Yinjiu District". Zhangji Commune was founded in 1958, and 1984 was renamed Zhangji Township from Zhangji People's Commune.
