Fengying Township is located in the southeast of shenqiu county. Feng Ying, the resident of the township government, is 33 kilometers away from the county seat, bordering Linquan County in Anhui Province in the south and jieshou city in Huizhou in the east, with a total area of 60 square kilometers. Feng Yingxiang was founded in 1958, then called Feng Ying People's Commune. Since the system reform of 1983, Fengying Township has been established.
