Fifth, it is not allowed to give gifts and expensive gifts to party and state workers who handle weddings, funerals and other festive matters outside their relatives.
Article 6 Party and state functionaries shall report to the discipline inspection and supervision organs (institutions) at the same level or their own units 10 working days before the wedding, explaining the matters, time, place, number of invitees and scope of the wedding. Those who organize the funeral should report the actual situation within 10 working days after the event. Article 7 Party and state functionaries who violate Articles 1 to 6 shall be criticized, educated and dealt with according to the seriousness of the case; If it constitutes a violation of discipline, disciplinary action shall be given. Article 8 If the party and state functionaries fail to stop or investigate acts in violation of these provisions, or fail to stop or investigate them effectively, the main leaders and leaders in charge of the unit shall be held accountable in accordance with the provisions of the responsibility system for building a clean and honest party style, and the qualification for appraising the unit in the current year shall be cancelled.
Article 9 Party and state functionaries mentioned in these Provisions include Party functionaries and state functionaries. Party staff refers to the staff in Party organs at all levels except workers, and full-time and part-time staff engaged in party affairs in Party grass-roots organizations. State functionaries refer to those who are engaged in public service in state organs, state-owned enterprises (companies), institutions and people's organizations, and those who are assigned by state organs, state-owned enterprises (companies) and institutions to non-state-owned enterprises (companies), institutions and social group work, as well as other personnel engaged in public service according to law.
