It is a village under the jurisdiction of Han Zhuang Town, Weishan County, Jining City. It is located in the middle of Han Zhuang, near the Weishan Lake, on the east bank of the Grand Canal, bordering Xuzhou Han Zhuang Power Plant in the north, Cao Zhuang Township in Yicheng District of Zaozhuang City in the east and Guoli Town in Tongshan County of Jiangsu Province in the south. The village covers an area of 525 hectares, including 48 hectares of cultivated land. The resident of the village committee is Xinhetou Village, which has been eight generations since Liu moved to Yihetou. Before that, this was the residence of Li and Zhu. Therefore, in the twenty-second year of Qianlong, the river was dug and named Xinhe, followed by Yihe and Yijia Rivers, so the village was named Xinhetou. Han Zhuang was founded on 1950. The town is divided into 9 villages: 1 Street, 2 Street, 3 Street (West Liu Zhuang), 4 Street (Zheng Zhuang), 5 Street, 6 Street, 7 Street, 8 Street and 9 Street.
