Longkou Town is located 20 kilometers north of Xincai County, at the junction of two provinces (Henan and Anhui) and three counties (Xincai, Pingyu and Linquan). 106 national highway runs through the whole territory, and the town has jurisdiction over 20 administrative villages, 225 villagers' groups, with more than 54,000 people and 67,000 mu of cultivated land with a total area of 76,000 mu.
