Ravel: Bolero

Ravel is a master of dreaming, and his unique oriental style, perfect Spanish scenery or magnificent ballroom are vividly portrayed in his music.

Ravel inherited his mother's Basque blood, so his style is closely related to Spanish music. This symphony music of Bolero does not follow the speed and rhythm in the traditional Spanish dance music of Bolero, but it is permeated with more and more intense Latin amorous feelings in the gradually enhanced melody.

Bolero premiered on 1928 and was loved by orchestras all over the world. Since then, it has become a popular song in concerts.
