1. First, start Premiere software, select a new PR video clip project, and set the project name, storage location and related properties in the new project window.

2. Then import the video material into the newly-built PR project, drag the video material to the timeline to automatically create a sequence, and place the video material on the timeline video track 1.

3. Then select the graphical interface window and find the basic graphics in the graphics. In the basic graphics, you can see that there are many templates, including text templates, MG animation templates and transition effects.

4. Then choose a favorite text special effect template from the templates that come with PR, select it and drag it to video track 2, and wait for the template to load and parse the font.

8. In the pop-up "Speed/Duration" window, set the duration to be the same as or slightly longer than the length of the video material.

9. Click OK to apply the duration change.

10. Preview your video to ensure that the title template is applied correctly.
