Wangniudun Town, with a total area of 3 1.59 square kilometers, is located in the northwest of Dongguan, in the east of Pearl River Delta and in the middle of Dongjiang Delta. It is a water town, bordering on the Pearl River Estuary, with Wanjiang District and Daojiao Town in the east, Mayong in the west, Hongmei Town in the south and Tang Zhong Town in the north, which is 10 km away from Dongguan downtown. The whole territory is narrow from east to west and long from north to south, shaped like banana leaves.

Lun Ming (1875- 1944) is a modern bibliophile and scholar. Words are like philosophers, one is a philosopher and the other is Confucianism. At the age of 27, he was awarded a position in Guangxu period. The following year (1902), he entered imperial academy. After graduation, he was awarded the title of juror and assigned to the alternate magistrate in Guangxi. In the same year, he returned to Guangdong, and served as a teacher in Guangdong-Guangxi Normal School and a lecturer in Guangdong-Guangxi Dialect School.
