Many places will set up special helium supply stations. Empty helium tanks can be sent to their site, and they will be responsible for recycling, cleaning and disinfecting these tanks. It should be noted that it is generally necessary to make an appointment in advance to inquire about the recovery cost.
Helium tank belongs to the national standard non-refillable steel cylinder and is designed and manufactured according to the national standard GB 17268- 1998. It is manufactured by the production line certified by ISO900 1-2000 quality system of AQSIQ. It belongs to the special cylinder product of cylinder DR4 (now classified as B3), and the cylinders are tested one by one before leaving the factory.
After helium is filled, it can be used to arrange balloons and toys in weddings, banquets and other activities. Helium is completely inert and will not react with any substance. Compared with the explosive combustion of hydrogen, it has higher safety and operability. Suitable for non-professional families and individuals.
Matters needing attention in the use of helium tank
1. Portable household helium tank is equipped with disposable bottle valve to ensure that the gas cylinder can only be used once and cannot be refilled. The filler shall bear legal responsibility for the accidents that may be caused by filling.
2. Portable household helium tanks and bottles should be stored in a cool, ventilated and dry place, and the ambient temperature should not exceed 55℃ ... Try to prevent collisions and drops during transportation, and prevent the bottles from being damaged and deformed.
3. The bursting disc on the steel cylinder should be prevented from knocking, collision and friction with sharp objects. When using, make sure it is operated by an adult.
4. The date of production, including service life, should be marked on the packaging cylinder of helium tank. All expired gas cylinders must be sent to the security department for inspection before they can be reused.
5. When tail gas is used in each helium bottle, the residual pressure in the bottle should be kept at 0.5MPa and not less than 0.25MPa, and the bottle valve should be closed to ensure the gas quality and safe use.
