Baigou, a famous commercial town in northern China, is a sub-county town under the jurisdiction of Gaobeidian City, Hebei Province. On September 10, Baoding City, Hebei Province was officially listed as Baigou New City.
The jurisdiction area includes Baiyangdian Hot Spring City Industrial Cluster (under Xiongxian County) and Baigou Town (under Gaobeidian City). Political leadership and administration are entrusted to Baoding Municipal People's Government and its agency Baigou New Town, and the administrative area still belongs to Gaobeidian City.
