The main responsibilities of Quzhou Education Bureau

(five) planning and guiding the legal education, moral education, sports, health, art education and national defense education of teenagers in primary and secondary schools, kindergartens and secondary vocational education schools in the city; Guide the work of the Young Pioneers and the Communist Youth League in primary and secondary schools in the city.

(seven) to guide the electrification construction of schools; Allocation of education, books, teaching instruments and experimental equipment: guide and manage the school strength, industry, work-study program and education market in the city; Organize educational scientific research and teaching research, compile local teaching materials and necessary supplementary teaching materials, and evaluate teaching quality.

(eight) in charge of the work of teachers in the city, formulate relevant policies, rules and regulations on teacher management, make overall plans and guide the construction of school teachers and managers, and manage and guide the study and training of primary and secondary school principals, in-service teachers and educational administrative cadres; Organize the implementation of the teacher qualification system; Responsible for and manage the annual post assessment and term assessment of teaching staff; To organize and guide the recommendation and evaluation of teachers and other professional and technical positions in the education system; To guide and organize the implementation of labor wages in the education system; Responsible for the employment guidance and dispatch of normal college graduates; Responsible for the examination and approval of the transfer of teaching staff in the municipal schools and the audit of the cross-system and cross-regional flow of teachers in the city; To be in charge of the foreign education exchange of the city's education system.

(nine) the overall management of the department's education funds; Participate in the formulation of plans to raise funds for education. Principles and policies of education appropriation and education infrastructure investment: supervise the collection and use of education funds in the whole city; Formulate charging standards for primary and secondary schools in conjunction with relevant departments; To guide the economic audit of the education system; Manage the infrastructure, finance and fixed assets of schools (units) directly under the city. Responsible for the statistics, analysis and release of the city's basic education information.

(ten) to guide, supervise and inspect the relevant municipal departments, county (city, district) people's governments and their education administrative departments to perform their educational duties according to law, and organize the implementation of supervision and evaluation of popularizing and consolidating compulsory education, eliminating illiteracy among young people and developing high school education.

(ten) to implement the principles and policies of the national language and writing work, to prepare long-term planning for language and writing work, and to coordinate, supervise and inspect the language and writing work in the city; Guide the popularization of Putonghua and the general standard of living test.
