Yes There is an ice rink in Xinhuadu, Fengze District, Quanzhou, and Schwab Trade Plaza on the first floor of Xinhuadu, Daqiaotou, Quanzhou. There are two kinds of skating rinks, one is paved with cement and used for roller skates (there are also two kinds, but they are used in the same place). The other is made of dry ice, which is used for blade skates.
