Artificial flower, also known as artificial flower, is a concept relative to flowers, that is, artificial flowers based on flowers, but the production process of artificial flowers is very fine, which can almost be confused with reality. So what is the material of artificial flowers?
There are many materials that can be used to make artificial flowers. Most artificial flowers in the market are made of silk, silk and cloth, and mainly use non-toxic and harmless materials, including chemical fiber cloth, silk thread, crepe paper, foam, plastic (PU, pe, EVA) and so on. There are also some artificial flowers made of dried flowers baked by flowers.
Second, how to make artificial flowers?
The method of making artificial flowers is complicated, and they are usually made in factories. There are two common artificial flower making processes:
1, production of non-cloth plastic artificial flowers
(1) Molding: First, the vulcanized rubber solution is injected into the mold, and the blank molded into flowers or leaves is cooled.
(2) Coloring: There are two ways to color artificial flowers: gluing and spraying.
(3) Thermal synthesis: embossing the blank by controlling the heating temperature at about 200-300℃ to form a finished product.
(4) Assembly and setting: fixing the heat-sealed finished flowers and leaves on machine-made plastic or hand-wound rods.
2. Produce artificial flowers containing cloth plastic.
(1) pattern making: the processing raw material of plastic flowers containing cloth base glue is pearl cotton, and its thickness is 0.5- 1mm, so it is necessary to put the pearl cotton into the model of a press first and punch it into the cloth base of the artificial flower.
(2) Blanking: the cloth base of the artificial flower is immersed in the vulcanized rubber solution, cooled and solidified to complete the blank making.
(3) Coloring: The coloring method is basically the same.
(4) Thermal synthesis: In the production of artificial flowers containing cloth-based plastic flowers, the heating temperature of thermal synthesis can be controlled at about 60℃, and the blank is embossed with a die to form a finished product.
(5) Assembly and setting: the blank is embossed to form a finished product, and the flowers and leaves are fixed.
