Named after using water-based elastic mucilage as printing medium, it is more common in textile printing, also known as printing. When printing, the color paste is mixed with water-based elastic glue. When developing the printing plate, chemical solvent is not needed, and it can be washed directly with water. It is characterized by good coloring power, strong hiding power and fastness, washability and basically no odor.
Second, gravure printing.
The finished product processed by this method is usually called laminated non-woven bag. This process is divided into two steps, that is, the traditional gravure printing process is used to print pictures and texts on the film, and then the film printed with patterns is compounded on the non-woven fabric through the laminating process. This process is generally used in non-woven bags printed with large-area color patterns. It is characterized by exquisite printing, full machine production and short production cycle. In addition, the product has excellent waterproof performance, and the durability of the finished product is better than that of non-woven bags produced by other processes. There are two kinds of films to choose from: bright film and matte film, and matte film has matte effect! The disadvantage is that it conflicts with the concept of environmental protection because the film is difficult to degrade.
Third, thermal transfer printing
Thermal transfer belongs to the special printing in printing! This method requires an intermediate medium, that is, printing pictures and texts on a thermal transfer film or paper, and then heating them with a transfer device to transfer the patterns to a non-woven fabric. The commonly used medium in textile printing is thermal transfer film. Its advantages are: exquisite printing, rich hierarchical versions, comparable to photos. Suitable for small area color image printing. Disadvantages are high price and high printing cost.
