How to make LED display screen
LED screen manufacturer Lian Chengfa provides you with:

1. Determination of frame material size: The frame material size is determined by the finished product specifications, but it is also limited by the unit board specifications. Pay attention to the width of aluminum alloy frame when cutting materials. Because there are left and right horizontal materials, it is necessary to subtract twice the width of aluminum alloy frame from the finished product specification when cutting the upper and lower horizontal materials, and the left and right vertical materials should also take care of this.

2. The corners are connected with plastic joints, and finally fixed firmly with self-tapping screws. One corner is fixed with four screws. After the frame is connected, the unit board can be placed.

3. The placement of unit boards should be based on their finished product specifications. For example, for a size of 4.8 meters long and 0.96 meters wide, a unit board made of 320mm* 160mm needs to be placed horizontally 15 and vertically 6.

4. Screw on the special screws on the LED unit board and suck all the magnetic columns. Screws close to the left and right borders should be screwed in the inner row of the unit board to facilitate the fixing of the side back strips.

5. Install the back strip, pre-drill holes at both ends of the back strip, with two holes at one end and four holes at the other end, and fix them with self-tapping screws and frame materials. Finally, the magnetic column on the unit board is adsorbed on the back strip.

6. Connect the unit board with data cable. One end of the data line is inserted into the socket on the right side of the left cell board, and the other end is connected to the socket on the left side of the adjacent cell board on the right side through the backplane.

7. For the power cable connection between LED unit boards, the red line is connected to the ACC terminal on the unit board, and the black line is connected to the GND terminal on the unit board. Connect them one by one, be careful not to get mixed up.

8. Install the power box and wires. According to the information found on the Internet, a 40-year-old power box can connect as many as 12 cell boards. I don't trust the boss to say 8 cell boards at most. Considering that it will be hot if you bring too much, pick it up before eight o'clock. Observe the ***9 terminal on the receiving power box. From left to right, it is 1, terminal 2 is the mains 220V interface, terminal 3 is the ground wire, terminals 4, 5 and 6 are 5V positive, and terminals 7, 8 and 9 are 5V negative.
